My name is Shannon Atherton, and I am the owner/solo provider of Rise and Thrive Mental Health Services, LLC. I started this practice with a simple goal in mind: to help people not just survive but THRIVE through their mental health journey. At Rise and Thrive Mental Health Services, LLC, I offer life coaching and mental health counseling for adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. All counseling services are virtual for residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Missouri, and Florida. To request an appointment, please visit the 'New Client' section.

I am currently in network with United Healthcare, UMR, Regence, Premera, BCBS, and Aetna for counseling services. Rates for mental health services depend on the specific service and location.
