My name is Shannon Atherton, and I am the owner/solo provider of Rise and Thrive Mental Health Services, LLC. I started this practice with a simple goal in mind: to help people not just survive but THRIVE through their mental health journey. At Rise and Thrive Mental Health Services, LLC, I provide life coaching and mental health counseling for adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. All services are virtual for residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Missouri and Florida. To request an appointment, visit the "New Client" section.
